RHEEM NEW ZEALAND LTD TRADE & SERVICE CENTRE LOG IN (TRADE LOGIN) TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Welcome to the Rheem NZ Ltd Trade Login. Access to and use of the trade log in and information contained within is subject to the terms and conditions set out below. By accessing and using the trade log in you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.

1) This Trade Login is controlled and operated by Rheem New Zealand from its offices in Auckland, New Zealand. This Trade Login has been designed and developed as a service within New Zealand and is not intended for viewing or use by visitors outside of New Zealand.

2) Every effort has been made to ensure that all of the information contained within the Trade Login area is accurate and reliable. However its accuracy is not guaranteed. All material in this Trade Login is supplied on the premise that you will make your own determination as to its suitability for use in your specific application. Rheem NZ will not be liable for any damages or liabilities whatsoever, including performance failures, errors, omissions, defects, interruptions, transmission delays, computer viruses, and/or on-line failures. Rheem NZ will not be liable for any damages, loss or injury as a result of the use or misuse of any of the material contained in this Trade Login area.

3) You must take your own steps to ensure that the process which you employ for accessing this site does not expose you to the risk of viruses or other forms of interference which may damage your computer system arising out of or relating to your use of this site or any ‘hyper linked’ site. All intellectual property rights relating to such trademarks and all copyright and other intellectual property rights in respect of this site are the property of Rheem NZ or in the case of registered trademarks, the owner of their trademarks.

5) Rheem NZ collects and retains information regarding visitors to this site. Rheem NZ will not sell, lend, trade or otherwise disclose such information to any person or agency outside of the Rheem group of companies and their advertising and promotional agencies and consultants.
You have the right under the Privacy Act 1993 to access any personal information held about you as an individual and to correct and delete such information from Rheem NZ’s database.
If you provide your email details to Rheem NZ following the accessing of the Trade Login you acknowledge that Rheem NZ has the right to forward marketing materials to your email address.
